首先精度都是5角秒，位数都是26位67108864个脉冲数，EnDat02 带1vpp信号，孔径也是20mm（德玛吉用的是22mm）。最大区别有2点
第一点是电压的适用范围RCN226是3.6 V ... 5.25 V ，RCN2380是DC 3.6 V ... 14 V ，升级后的编码器电压适用性明显要比RCN226要好
第二点是RCN226带1米电缆17针插头输出（不同ID的RCN226电缆类型会不一样），RCN2380是不带电缆的，客户需要另外配电缆
